Referrals for the trauma clinic
Institutions, consultants, GPs and mental health professionals can refer their staff and patients directly to Cheltenham Trauma Clinic. Self referrals are also welcome. Making a referral – please choose from below:

Between us, our practitioners are able to accept referrals from the following: Bupa, AXA PPP healthcare, AVIVA healthcare, Simply Health, WPA, Exeter Family Friendly, Pru Health. Please ask if you have a different provider.

We endeavour to offer an excellent service to all our clients. If you feel that we have acted below the service level you expect, then we ask that you bring it to our attention. The vast majority of issues can be sorted through discussion. If, however, you wish to make a formal complaint, then you will be sent the Cheltenham Trauma Clinic Complaints Procedure which we have compiled as an internal policy. We are not obliged to publish our Complaints Procedure or even to have one as we are a group of independent and autonomous practitioners. However, we think it is good practice to have a Complaints Procedure policy that we and you can utilise should the need occur.
